Mike Hensley Plumbing, Inc. was founded in 1990 by its President, Michael W. Hensley. The company began with Mike working full time at another job and working in the evenings contracting from other plumbers in the Cincinnati area for any work they could not handle. When this became too much, Mike decided it was time to go on his own. Mike Hensley Plumbing was a one-man van.
He and his wife would take all calls and he would work 24 hours a day, seven days a week. He never gave up. In 1994 things became too much.
