After a brief career in customer service and retail management, Vic moved to the northeast.
He attended 5 years of trade school at BOCES College while working full time as a Journeyman Plumber.
After the downturn of the economy, he knew that the northeast was not a place to live out his life/career and decided to take a blind leap forward and moved his family to the southeast without looking back.

Most of the time, when we replace a fixture, it is simply because the customer would rather replace it to a newer modern look for their home or for efficiency reasons.
There are times we can't fix it such as an internal cracked lining of a leaking water heater or when if in rare instances, the value of the repair does not coincide with replacing.
