Very friendly and competent. Did the work asked for. He Found some things that had not been done and fixed them. Like shut off valves I would use him again At first I thought it was a little spendy but when I saw all that he had to do like move the water heater to be able to install earthquake straps and add new pipes to accommodate the move.
