I called Tony at 9 o'clock at night, asking him if he had time the next day to come look at our bathroom drains, which, unfortunately, had ALL backed up that night (a Saturday).
He insisted on coming over right away to look at them because, as he pointed out, clogged bathrooms with a family of five could turn into a disaster.
He arrived in five minutes.
Five minutes later, he had pinpointed the problem area, and with minimal intervention, had the drains running clear again!
