In 2011, Dustin Waltz (CEO) and Mike Stahlman (CFO) reconnected and decided to start a plumbing company that would serve the front range of Colorado.
Dustin had his plumbing license and a truck.
Mike had some cash and a business plan.
They started by serving their family and friends, really anyone who knew them and needed a plumber.
As the business grew larger, so did their knowledge of the trade.
