Steve Jerome Sr. comes from a long line of plumbers dating back to his grandfather, Benny DiGeronimo, who emigrated from Italy in the early 1920s, and began working as a Sewer Builder in the Shaker Heights area.
A nephew and three sons followed in his footsteps with careers in the plumbing field. In 1978, Jake's son and the current owner, Steve Sr., began overseeing operations and grew the business to what it is today.

More importantly I can not begin to tell you how I appreciate the FAST and IMMEDIATE SERVICE he gave me.
I called this morning with an upsetting situation- a pipe had burst in my rec room and I had no idea where the broken fixture was.
Steve came within 1 hour of my call, quickly found the source of the leak and then proceeded to repair the connection.
He was extremely considerate and professional.
