I called Golden State Plumbing today as recommend by a close friend. We were in a bind to get the leaking kitchen drain (60yr old cast iron) repaired. The estimate was in line with what I expected ( what do I know about plumbing, except it needs to be done expertly and reliably!!). Carlos was not able to come but Luis did and was very knowledgeable about what was needed and how to approach it, as well as what other side issues to look for (other failing joints). All the work was completed same day as promised and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Thank you!!!

My pool pump was having trouble holding prime because of an air leak on the suction side. After a pool company tried replacing much of the above-ground plumbing to no avail, they left me with a pump that would not prime at all. They recommended calling an underground leak detection company. I called GS Plumbing instead, and I am happy that I did. With a little digging, Carlos was able to locate an underground pipe leak quickly on his first visit. He came back the next day to replace the broken pipe as well as other old pipe sections which could have caused problems in the future. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
